We retain your application data for up to 6 weeks after the position has been filled. This allows us to contact you if the position reopens during the probationary period. If you join our team, we will retain your application data in your personnel file for up to 2 years after your employment ends.
A social media and internet search may be part of the application process to ensure we maintain our company image. This is based on our legitimate interest. We will search for your name on Google and any public social media profiles. We will not ask for access to private social media pages or require you to connect with us. The results of the search will be discussed with you. If you have objections, you can indicate this when applying.

Processing of (personal) data by the operator of the recruitment website

This recruitment website is operated by Personio SE & Co. KG, which offers a human resource and candidate management software solution (https://www.personio.com/legal-notice/). Data transmitted as part of your application will be transferred using TLS encryption and stored in a database. The sole controller of this data within the meaning of article 24 of the GDPR is the enterprise carrying out this online application process.
